Strength coach Jason Beauparlant unlocks the secrets in his 7 step program which utilizes all types of equipment which include, ladders, hurdles, medicine balls, viper belts, bands, and weight sleds.
The program includes:
- Active warm up / flexibility
- Acceleration drills
- Weight sled drills for linear/lateral speed, power and acceleration.
- Change of direction drills
- Plyometrics for power and explosiveness
- Total body strength, mobility, and stability
- Regeneration for recovery and injury prevention
This clinic is over 24 hrs. of instruction on becoming a healthy, fast and explosive athlete. Game conditioning is also addressed. This is the only clinic that addresses all of the athletes needs.
